Noël and Co. is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in Workplace Assessments, Fact-findings, Investigations, as well as a plethora of HR and LR services.   Founded by Stephanie Noël, Noël & Co. focuses on providing client-focused, customized solutions bringing expertise and experience to resolve complex organizational issues.  Stephanie and a complement of expert colleagues work as a collaborative group to support each other’s skills to design and implement sustainable solutions for their clients.

Stephanie Noël, H. Ba(Econ), MBA, LL.M (DR), WFA

Stephanie Noel is a professional consultant specializing in workplace assessments, fact-finding, and investigations. Stephanie is passionate about rooting out challenges and getting people to return to a healthy work environment. She helps clients move forward with a supportive organizational culture that provides people with purpose and environments built on respect and collaboration. Ms Noel founded her company, Noël & Co. Inc., while working with a national network of expert colleagues to provide customized workplace solutions.

As Director of a Professional Development centre specializing in labour relations (LR) and human resources (HR), Ms. Noel emphasized a collaborative learning environment for union and management leaders to build progressive joint solutions to highly complex disputes. She has co-designed professional training programs and presented 1000+ training certificates to HR and LR professionals across Canada and internationally. Stephanie has worked with clients in various industries, including healthcare, education, manufacturing and industrial sectors, quasi-government, non-profits, and all levels of government.

Recipient of her MBA in 2003, Stephanie recently graduated with a Master of Law (LLM) in Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Osgoode Hall Law School. She is a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO) and practices as a Qualified Mediator (Q. Med) from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC).
